We’re hiring a Chief Executive Officer

The CEO is entrusted with executing the strategic vision for MCF as set by the President and the Council. The CEO works within the budget the Council sets and has P&L responsibility for the operation. The role is responsible for overseeing all the organisational functions of MCF and for managing the day-to-day operations of the Federation, including the Federation’s premises. In addition, the CEO needs to drive and support the creation of new cooperatives. This requires a sound and practical understanding of economic concepts to ascertain that the product or services offered make economic and business sense to validate the financial feasibility of the business model. Finally, one last important aspect of the role is the design, development, and implementation of the MCF’s commercial activities, which are opportunities to enable the MCF to generate some further funding to support its initiatives.
