The Malta Cooperative Federation (MCF) has announced the appointment of Mr. Claudio Farrugia as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Farrugia takes over from Mr. Rolan Micallef Attard, who has served as CEO since MCF’s inception twelve years ago, steering the federation through significant growth and numerous challenges.
